四、信用卡(萬一刷不過，要換一張)
五、本人卡關經驗分享
需使用的網頁如下
將應填寫之先打好，存在word檔
等申請時，直接複製貼過去。
以下需填寫英文資料之欄位
(可依紅色字母key上自己的資料)
護照類型Passort Type ~ordinary passort 一般護照
國籍 Nationality ~Taiwan
